The sessions take place on Friday mornings, from 10 am to 12 pm, during term-time only.

There is no requirement to book these sessions; simply arrive with your materials.

The session fee is £12, payable in cash upon arrival.

Poses vary in length from 20 to 40 minutes.

The group, established over 20 years ago, boasts many original members who still attend regularly.
